Hi, I'm Sara, welcome! Do you feel like life is too big, overwhelming, maybe the stress and worry is manageable but doesn't leave any room to actually have fun? Life is a series of events, how we choose to respond, other's reactions, and repeat. Changing daily choices, shifting understanding, and adapting to do what works is how you build a life you don't want to escape from, that doesn't leave you dooms scrolling or hiding in the internet, where you want to be fully present in your relationships, work, school, and in your own skin. I want to help you get there. I've worked with children of all ages, parents, families and adults that are on their own for the last thirteen years and I look forward to seeing how I can support you too!
